Questions

The questions we actually get asked.

Grouped by what you are trying to work out. If yours is not here, ask it directly — the answer will be more useful than a general page.

Getting started

How do we start?

Send one real document. We run it through the same pipeline your production work would take and return the finished file. That is the whole evaluation.

Is there a trial account?

No, and it is a deliberate choice. A trial account would let you click around a product without ever seeing whether your documents come back correctly.

What does it cost?

We do not publish prices, ours or anyone else's. What a document costs to process depends on what is in it, so quoting before looking at your files would be guessing. Commercial terms are part of the scoping conversation.

How quickly will we hear back?

We answer in English across European and Asian business hours, so a reply may arrive outside your working day.

How long does the sample evaluation take?

The finished file comes back within 72 hours of us receiving it. That figure covers the sample evaluation only — production turnaround depends on volume and is settled during scoping.

Documents and formats

What file types do you accept?

PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, DOC, PPT and XLS, plus JPG and PNG, up to 500 MB per file. Up to 50 files per submission, 1000 pages per PDF.

What happens with a scanned document?

Pages without a text layer go down the optical recognition path. A PDF that mixes digital and scanned pages is handled page by page rather than as one treatment.

Will the layout be preserved?

Yes — translated text is written back into the original document. It will not be pixel-identical, because different languages take different amounts of space and text that grows has to reflow. But no one has to rebuild the file.

Can we enforce our terminology?

Upload a glossary in TXT, CSV or XLSX — up to 2000 terms — and it is applied during translation rather than as a correction afterwards.

What if only part of a page is wrong?

Mark that region and choose restore, retranslate or keep. Only the marked area is reprocessed, so the rest of the document cannot change underneath you.

Languages and quality

Which languages do you support?

Coverage is configured to the markets you serve rather than published as a fixed list. Tell us the pairs you need and we will run a sample through them.

What is your accuracy rate?

We do not publish one. Accuracy depends on the language pair, the domain and the document, and a single figure across all of them would be meaningless.

How is quality checked?

Four checks run before delivery: terminology verification, completeness, review by a separate model from the one that produced the translation, and visual verification against the source.

Do we still need to review the output?

The pipeline checks it before it reaches you. Whether your process requires a human review on top of that is your decision, not ours to make for you.

Integration and deployment

Can our system call it directly?

Yes, scoped per engagement. There is no self-service key and no published endpoint — the interface is agreed with your engineering team, because the right shape depends on your system.

Do you have a plugin for our CAT tool or TMS?

We do not publish a list of packaged connectors. The same tool can need very different connections depending on the workflow around it, so integration is scoped per engagement.

Can it run inside our own infrastructure?

It can be assessed. The platform is containerised, but a private delivery involves licensing, deployment documentation, handover and arrangements for running the models without an external connection. It is a project, not a toggle.

Can an AI agent use it?

There is an agent-facing access mode, authorised per engagement rather than issued as an open key. There is no public endpoint to point an agent at.

Working with us

Do you work directly with end clients?

No. We work with the people who deliver translation to somebody else. If you are an end client looking for a translation agency, we are not the right company for you.

Do you name your clients?

No. Agencies work under confidentiality with their own customers and we extend the same courtesy. There are no client logos on this site.

Can you sign an NDA?

Usually. Send it and we will tell you plainly if there is something we cannot agree to.

Is our data used for training?

No. Engagement material is not used to build or train models and is not passed to third parties for that purpose.

Send us a real file. See what comes back.

Pick the document that normally causes you the most trouble — the scanned one, the chart-heavy one, the one with the tables. We will run it and send the finished file back so you can judge the layout yourself.

  • No signup, no self-service portal — you send a file, we run it.
  • You get the finished document back, not a screenshot of one.
  • If it is not good enough, you have lost nothing.
