Using this website

This website is provided for information. We aim to keep it accurate, but capabilities, limits and availability can change, and nothing on this site is a binding offer.

In particular: the capability descriptions on this site describe what our production system does today. What any specific engagement includes is defined by the engagement agreement, not by this website.

No prices, no quotes on this site

This site does not publish prices, for us or for anyone else, and nothing on it constitutes a quotation. Commercial terms are agreed in writing as part of scoping an engagement.

Sample evaluations

A sample evaluation is provided so you can judge the output quality on your own material. It does not create an obligation to engage us, and it does not grant you a licence to use the pipeline in production.

Send material you are entitled to send. If a document requires an agreement before it moves, arrange that with us first.

Engagements

Terms for actual work — scope, service levels, confidentiality, intellectual property, data handling, liability and termination — are set out in a written agreement for each engagement. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement governs.

Third-party names

Product and company names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Where we compare capabilities, the comparison describes categories of tooling as we understand them and is offered for orientation rather than as a statement about any specific vendor's current product.
